The rooms are small and basic, and cleanliness could be better, though the staff are polite. The convenient location is very close to NESCO/Bombay Exhibition Center, making this a decent budget stay if you're visiting there. Fine for a quick overnight sleep, but don't expect luxury.

The rooms are absolutely awful, with loads of problems and third-class quality. Paying anything for this place is a bad decision.

I didn't pay much attention to the place since I was there for another reason. It looks neat from the front and seems to serve as a 3-star hotel and perhaps a lodge. Local travelers going from one state to another could stay comfortably and then continue their journey. The rates are reasonable and affordable. On my next trip, I'll check out the restaurants and food. Until then, take care. Mumbai is huge, so hotels like this can easily pass by unnoticed, but there's no harm in giving one a try for some rest and relaxation.

There wasn't any hot water, the room wasn't clean, and there wasn't a single mirror in the room or bathroom.

Awful hotel. The room was pathetic and smelled of urine. The AC didn't work, and neither did the geyser.
