We spent three weeks at Comfort Inn Sapphire, Chandkheda- Ahmedabad while visiting family in Ahmedabad from the USA, and it was a very comfortable stay. The breakfast was excellent, service was consistently great, and the staff were helpful throughout. Vivek Solanki, Room Division Manager, arranged everything in advance and coordinated the details with us by WhatsApp and email. We also appreciated the daily help from Ankit, Hitesh, and Sachin at the front office, and Yogeshbhai in maintenance was quick to sort out issues. At breakfast, Gayatri, Chandni, and the others were attentive. Puja, Nitesh, and Anirudhha in housekeeping kept our room very clean and were prompt and professional. We’d recommend the hotel for short or longer stays. THNAK YOU SO MUCH COMFORT INN :)

The hotel’s location is convenient, and the staff are helpful. I slept really well on a mattress that felt just right, and the room had plenty of space, a comfortable sofa, and useful amenities like a safe, fridge, and dental kit. The bathroom was great too, with refreshing hot water. There’s a good vegetarian restaurant on site, and non-veg food can be ordered through swiggy / zomato.

The rooms are spacious and the mattress is comfortable, and the bathroom is better than what I usually find at hotels. The water pressure, though, is very high. The hotel is right beside the main road, but when it rains you might need to walk along a makeshift road with puddles.

Nice people, good facilities, and a very nice hotel for a reasonable price. Just note that the hotel restaurant doesn't offer non-veg food.

The restaurant staff were good, but I didn't trust the room service staff, and the reception team wasn't good either. At checkout, we called about an item we'd left behind and still haven't had a reply.
