We booked two nights through Booking.com, but when we arrived they said there was no reservation and made us pay a very high amount to stay. We had no other option, so we agreed after confirming it covered both nights. The next morning they made us check out, saying the hotel was full. We offered to pay more because changing hotels at the last minute was a huge hassle, but they refused. After hours of trying to sort it out, we booked somewhere else. We were standing on the street with our luggage when they suddenly called to say a room was available again. The rooms were dirty and poorly maintained, and they’re in a lobby. The way we were treated showed no integrity. Save yourself the stress and book somewhere else.

We booked through Fab Hotels and felt cheated. Our room looked nothing like the pictures on the Fab Hotels website, not even close to 10% of them. The bedsheets were filthy, with cigarette holes, the room was dirty, and staff didn’t know how to handle our complaints about the sheets and other issues. We contacted Fab Hotels and sent pictures and raised a complaint, but they did nothing. All they offered was a 500/- discount coupon for a future booking. I’d suggest paying at the hotel. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, and I’m sure the 4.7 Google rating is made up of paid reviews.

Arvind bhai, the manager, was really nice. The location was good, and the room was good too, though it didn’t match the photos exactly. The washroom was quite good, and there was AC, wifi, and a lift. You can order food from outside or online. The room was very compact, which is just my personal issue. Overall, I’d rate the stay five stars.

I’ve tried a lot of places, but this one was amazing. The staff were kind and cooperative, hygiene was properly taken care of, and I enjoyed the stay. Everything was fine.
