Fabhotel Green Park

I stayed at this hotel in Ahmedabad for 15 days, and from the first few days after check-in, things were disappointing. Breakfast was included in my booking, but I wasn’t given it. When I brought this up, staff offered no proper response or solution. The staff behavior was very unprofessional and unsupportive. Some members seemed drunk during duty hours, and their communication with customers was rude and disrespectful. There was no sense of customer service. The hotel doesn’t seem to care about guest comfort or basic commitments. I strongly don’t recommend it, especially for a long stay.

The booking itself was a mess. I booked through booking com and wanted to see the property before paying, but they created a false sense of urgency and got me to pay a 1500 advance. The hotels I was given were absolutely shabby and shady, the kind you wouldn’t even puke at. The buildings were dilapidated and smelled damp. There was no breakfast option. When I asked, the hotel staff said they had to get it from some roadside stall. This whole chain of hotels is disastrous and distasteful. Don’t book through FabHotels, ever. Safer to go with Agoda and booking.com.

The staff behaved very badly, and the rooms were in the worst condition. This is basically a couples hotel where people can book rooms for a few hours, have fun, and leave. Don’t ever book this place.

The rooms and toilets are in very bad condition, and the service and staff behavior are very poor. Even after following up continuously for 4-5 days, he didn’t send me the bill. I think the staff need to be replaced for the work culture to run smoothly. I’ll say it again, don’t go here with family or alone. No stars deserved. 🤬🤬🤬🤬
