The spacious rooms are the main reason the price might feel worthwhile, but they charge a lot compared with the service. The worst part was the food: poor quality, not fresh, and the service was bad. There were no glasses for water or tissues in the dining area, and I noticed mosquitoes too. The hotel is easy to reach from Chennai Central Railway Station, with trains, buses, metro, autos, and Ola all available. Being right by the tracks means a constant vibration and some noise as trains pass. There are windows, but they can't be opened or looked through, and the rooms have central AC instead of fans.

It feels like a PG now, and the rooms are in bad shape. They charge 4-6 k just for power, expect you to take out your own trash, and don't maintain the place. There are lots of mosquitoes, trains keep passing, and the water is dirty.

Right opposite Chennai Central Railway station, with very spacious rooms, working AC, good water facilities, and good service. The place was extremely well maintained and had all the basic amenities. Staff were courteous, and they took proper care of things from booking through checkout. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. I had an excellent stay.

I felt safe staying and traveling solo here, and they listened to my requests. That's what the three stars are for. The location is prime and the room ambience is nice, but being so close to the railway station means you hear and smell it. The food is bad, so ordering through Swiggy or Zomato is an option. The receptionists seemed new and didn't know how to answer or react to questions.

A budget-friendly place with Wi-Fi, parking, basic amenities, good beds, and helpful management and staff. It's very close to Central Railway station, so it's handy for business visitors who need a room quickly. The hygiene outside isn't good. Check whether the hotel serves food in-house, since the outside food available nearby isn't hygienic or tasty.
