Our family found the rooms clean and comfortable, and the staff handled the wedding reception professionally. They were courteous and quick to respond. At NK Grand Hotel, Pallavaram, the banquet hall was spacious and well decorated for our guest count. The food had a good range, tasted delicious, and was served hot. For a 3-star hotel, it offered excellent value. Thanks to the NK Grand team for making our day special.

The breakfast was awful, with poor quality food, bad taste, and very few choices. The AC and other basic amenities also didn't work properly, so the stay was uncomfortable and not worth the money. Room upkeep was poor, cleanliness fell short, and the washroom was unhygienic. Even the toilet flush didn't work right. At the front desk, staff were impolite and harsh, and their response to complaints was slow and careless. NK Grand Park didn't live up to the expectations or the online photos. I wouldn't recommend it for family or business stays.

Parking was a real problem, since there was no dedicated facility and guests had to leave their vehicles by the roadside. The bedsheets in our room weren't clean, and the toilet flush didn't work properly. Breakfast was soggy and unappetizing, and the overall quality was very poor. Staff at the front desk ignored our questions and chatted and laughed among themselves. They came across as unhelpful, impolite, and unprofessional, which felt disrespectful. This was one of my worst stays in Chennai. There are better hotels nearby, so I wouldn't recommend this one.

The check-in was unpleasant and badly handled, and the breakfast had few choices and poor quality. During my three days at NK Grand Park Hotel, the property seemed poorly maintained, while the front office worked slowly and showed little concern for guest convenience. Bathroom water pressure was almost nonexistent, including for flushing. I waited nearly 30 minutes, but it still wouldn't flush properly, and the same problem was in all the rooms. I wonder how housekeeping manages to clean rooms each day under those conditions. It must be awkward for staff and guests alike. Getting housekeeping was difficult too, since every request had to go through the front desk. They were busy with other guests and responded very slowly. My stay was disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend the hotel unless maintenance and customer service improve substantially.
