The hotel provided no toiletries, towel, or blanket at first. When I asked, they brought towels and a bedsheet instead of a blanket. At nearly 2000, the price is expensive.

The whole stay was very poor. There was no way to contact reception from the room, the furniture was broken, and no blanket was available.

We paid 1500 for this place and it was a complete waste. My father’s room was like a dungeon, with the AC, fan, and light all not working. We had to leave shortly after arriving. There was no room service, and the manager, Nagarajan, and logesh were irresponsible. They don’t seem to check that the electronics work before giving a room to a customer. There are better stays nearby at this price. Don’t come here if you want a peaceful stay. It was horrible. The owner only tells lies in the response dated 14JUN2024. My father stayed there, and I spoke to the owner in person. They don’t have the responsibility or courage to repair the hotel or tell the truth on Google, and are lying about honest customer reviews.

They denied us check-in and told us to request a refund. We went to another hotel and filed the refund request, then customer care called and told us to come back and check in after four hours. They seemed to have no basic sense. I’m still requesting a refund because they refused us a room, and I had to pay extra for a different hotel. They still haven’t refunded me. One of the worst services I’ve had. I can’t recommend them at all. They cheat people coming from other states.
