The manager behaved very badly with us. They don't know basic manners when treating customers and were very manipulative. They also have connections with some auto rikshaw drivers who try to manipulate women and misbehave. I experienced this personally on 20th Nov 2025. I visited and booked a room after they quoted one price at first, then gave us a different price at checkout. When we disagreed, they started arguing and misbehaving. I suggest never taking a room at this residency located in ahmedabad.

The bathrooms were dirty and broken, the furniture was damaged, and basically nothing worked. There wasn’t even drinking water, a tea or coffee kettle, tissues, toilet rolls, or napkins. The towels were dirty too. This place isn’t even worth a one-star rating. Please don’t book it.

I spent most of my day out, so this was a great budget option for my solo trip to Ahmedabad. It’s clean, practical, well priced, and in an A1 location, with the essentials covered and no fuss. It’s not a luxury resort, and doesn’t claim to be. Great value.

For ₹1600 a night, I expected better. The bedsheets were dirty and had holes, the room wasn’t well maintained, and hygiene and comfort were lacking. You can find better hotels around Ahmedabad for the same price. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in, with outstanding service.
