Fabhotel Kaviya

I felt misled and taken advantage of. My reservation had been confirmed a month earlier, but when I called a few hours before my stay to say I'd be checking in late, the owner told me he couldn't proceed with it. Then, when I tried to sort things out, I was told a last-minute room would cost extra. That's completely unacceptable, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

We were left stranded on the road at midnight. We'd booked through Agoda, but just hours before we arrived the owner said they couldn't accommodate us, after demanding extra money and threatening to cancel our reservation. We were a group of girls with nowhere to stay. We'd made the booking a month before travelling. We also tried contacting Fabhotel and Agoda customer care, but got nowhere. It was a terrible experience. Never book here.

We booked two rooms a month ahead, then just hours before arriving they asked for extra payment and said they had no rooms. It was frustrating and disappointing. I strongly advise avoiding this hotel.

We'd booked six rooms, but when we got to the counter the receptionist refused to give us access and said they couldn't provide rooms. They also wanted 2200 extra for each room. Mr abdul at reception was very rude and doesn't know how to behave. The rooms are even worse than OYO rooms. Avoid booking this HOTEL.
