The manager was incredibly rude and unprofessional, and the management showed no respect for guests. The AC didn’t work despite the heat, and there were constant power cuts. Extremely poor experience. I’d highly recommend avoiding this place if you value your time and respect.

If you visit the Palace, you’ll have a unique and beautiful experience. The hotel’s deluxe room is spacious and has everything you need, including a very clean bathroom with a bathtub. Service from both the hotel and restaurant staff was very good and impressive. Breakfast and dinner were very good, too.

We had the worst experience. When I complained about the poor service, the Manager responded with extreme arrogance instead of apologizing, and rudely told me, "Don't ever come back to this restaurant/hotel again."

The place’s antique character is part of its charm. There’s an impressively large entrance foyer with reception and a few small shops, leading to spacious, well-equipped rooms and expansive suites. It’s a beautiful historical hotel, and the ownership is still royal.

It was my second stay here. The property is very nice and centrally located, with clean bathrooms and good-sized rooms. Basic amenities like a fridge, TV, and hair dryer are available, and the pool was a good size and clean. Their classic car collection is definitely worth a look. The food was the one letdown: the soup wasn’t good, the bread seemed old, and the chicken wasn’t properly cooked. I hope they improve that soon. The rest of the stay was a good experience.
