The room was impressively spacious, nicely decorated, and very clean. I had a wonderful stay, with staff who went out of their way to make me comfortable.

The room walls were dirty, the AC didn't work, and the washroom was unclean with no handwash provided. The commode seat might be broken. Getting there means climbing two floors, and the place greeted me with a smell like a public toilet. It took two or three hours to get room keys after arrival. The location felt shady, so don't be taken in by the outside photos.

For the price, it's a good deal, with rooms of decent size and working air-conditioning. Staff were available for late-night check-ins and even arranged food for me very late at night.

This was my worst experience so far. The room and bathroom smelled bad, and the bedsheet and towels were dirty. There was an open Bisleri bottle filled with RO water, and although breakfast was included, the hotel had no breakfast. When I said I'd leave a bad review, they were fine with that. The hotel pictures are fake, and the good reviews here are fake too. We trusted @Fabhotels, but this place was at the lowest standard.

The food was good, and the rooms were well maintained. I had a wonderful time.
