The location was the only real plus. The geyser provided hot water, but there was no soap or blanket, and used soap had been left in the washroom. Management and the facilities were poor. I had paid extra for a room with breakfast, but when I asked, they initially refused. A staff member later said he'd make poha, so I waited an hour and called to check. He then said he couldn't make anything else. Around 8:40 am, well before the 10 am checkout, they turned off the AC and TV. A waste of money, and not worth it.

The rooms were very clean, and both the owner and room boys were caring. They helped us get a cab for two days of sightseeing and shared suggestions for tourist attractions on their own initiative. When we asked to stay an extra half day, they agreed to charge half the price and came back to see if we were comfortable.

A garbage spot nearby smelled so bad it was hard to breathe, and the loose window frames kept making an irritating noise. The hotel is just outside Lonavala, so you pay extra toll charges each time you come or go. There was no food except a dish called misal, and no RO, water cooler, or other water facility. Service stops after 8 pm and doesn't resume until 10 am, with no staff available for problems. The rooms were awful: the TV had no connection or remote, and you have to ask before they'll give you the AC remote. The water flow was very slow.

The AC worked fine, and when I reported that the cable set-top box wasn't working, they replaced it with one that did. But the toilets were unhygienic, and the bedsheet and blankets weren't good. I chose the hotel based on its reviews and photos.
