I came here in an emergency and asked to use the washroom. Even though it’s a reputed hotel with public facilities, the staff refused. He behaved badly and said he could say no to letting me use the toilet. A very disappointing and inhuman experience. I expected better from a reputed hotel.

The hotel’s location was very good, and there were drop-off and pickup facilities. I had a peaceful, comfortable four-day stay at hotel airport plaza. The staff were so helpful, and the manager was humble and helpful every time.

The outside of the hotel looks new, but once inside, I didn’t feel like staying even a minute. The rooms and bathrooms seemed about 50 years old, never updated, filthy, stinking, and roaches were running across the floor. I asked the front desk for a refund and they refused. They changed my room, but it was just as bad. The worst and most terrible hotel experience of my life. Stay away.

The environment was nice, and the facilities were very good. The hotel was nice, and the rooms were neat and clean.
