I paid in full for a four-day stay, then told the hotel I’d arrive one day late. I wasn’t asking for a refund, but they refused and told me to get a police certificate. They seem to make up ridiculous policies to take money from foreigners. **FOREIGNERS BEWARE**. Don’t book here under any circumstances if you’re traveling from outside India.

The staff were great, and I felt comfortable during my stay at this hotel in Narol. Nice place, good service.

Prakash and prem bhai were helpful too. The staff are skilled and supportive, and the rooms were clean, hygienic, and smelled nice. Breakfast and tea were awesome. Best hotel to stay in Narol ahamdabad.

The rooms are spacious and clean, and there’s hot water, WiFi, and parking. Room service was good as well.

I don’t recommend it because the management and reception staff weren’t cooperative. To clarify my edited review, this is not about early check-in. I hope they understand what I meant.
