I needed to stay near a hospital because of a medical emergency, so I booked through OYO customer care at 10:30 PM. The booking went through, but when I arrived at the hotel, nobody opened the gate. We waited 10 minutes. OYO also refused my refund request. The customer support was awful, and the hotel and OYO made fools of us. Find another option.

The room smelled, there was no toilet, and the bathroom wasn’t clean. Service was zero. Worst hotel of my life.
