I'd only consider this for an emergency one-night stay. The rooms are average, but the bathroom is really uncomfortable to use, and the bedsheets, doormats, and walls were dirty. Service was very ineffective: I asked twice for adjacent rooms, the manager nodded both times, then assigned us the rooms farthest apart. Staff usually seemed clueless, and the manager wasn't helpful. Breakfast is very basic, though manageable. The lift only goes to the third floor, while the lower-priced family rooms are on the fourth, which makes access difficult for elderly guests.

The reception looks lovely, but the rooms are in very bad shape, and another customer had the same complaint. Ours smelled awful, especially the bathroom. The telephone and kettle didn't work; I called from the lobby and still got no response. I asked for towels and none were provided. There was no hot water, and the toilet seat leaked, so I had to take a cold shower. Breakfast was hard to eat, with either overly spicy sambhar or milk tea that was so sweet it was almost inedible. The lift felt like it could malfunction and fall at any moment. At 2900₹, the poor room quality and trash service were not worth it at all.

Sameer checked us in very late and was polite, kind, and considerate. Our group of three stayed one night and got rooms that were decently sized, adequately furnished, and comfortable enough for a peaceful night's sleep.

There's no restaurant or room service, but plenty of nearby places to eat, including good eating joints. The hotel is clean and close to Christ University and the mall. Rooms are small, though clean, and service was excellent, with someone arriving within seconds when we needed something. Breakfast is served in a dedicated area; the food selection is limited but OK.
