2/10
Nothing worked properly, and the rooms and beds were full of bugs. The hotel was extremely dirty and unhygienic, and every room seemed to have the same issues when we asked to move. My husband and I ended up staying outside for the day and only used the room at night. We complained several times but got no solution, and the service was extremely poor for the money. It was a huge disappointment. If you’re visiting India from abroad, don’t stay here. We wondered if it might be meant for local Indians. Please don’t waste your money.

The security seemed clear, transparent, and high quality. Its location in a particular market also makes it convenient to buy goods and things like that.

There’s barely room to walk, and neither a lift nor parking is available. Hotel Balwas is totally worthless. Don’t go there.

The bathroom wasn’t clean and the place lacked cleanliness overall. There’s no parking, the workers don’t listen, and the machine keeps tolling.

Our room was basic and looked rather worn, with a strong chemical smell. The location was handy, right in the middle of a busy commercial area near the markets. The reception manager and other staff were friendly and helpful.
