The apartment has plenty of potential. The rooms are spacious and comfortable for resting, and its town location near the bus stand is convenient. But service and maintenance need significant improvement. The stay in-charge sometimes acted unprofessionally and discourteously, entered our rooms several times without asking, and was often slow to respond. Communication was difficult because he spoke only Hindi, and there was frequently a strong tobacco smell around him. The kettle first provided had no lid; only after we asked was it replaced, and the replacement was dusty. The utensils looked like they had fungal growth and couldn’t be used. There was no drinking water supply, such as cans or an RO facility, and the TV had no active channels. The heater took a long time to produce hot water. On the third day there was no water for bathing until we asked them to turn the motor on. With better management and attention to these issues, guests could have a much better stay.
