Hotel Elysian Residency

Kanya, Valchanbhai, and Arbaz made the stay feel personal. They took care of every request, big or small, with a smile and never made anything seem like a hassle. By the time we left, they felt more like family than hotel staff. The whole team was thoughtful and welcoming, and we felt at home from the moment we arrived at Hotel Elysian. The hospitality was exceptional throughout.

The food was really tasty, and room service was prompt and punctual. The stay was pleasant overall, but the room had several problems: the fridge and doorbell didn’t work, and one of the two bedside sockets was out. I couldn’t keep my leftover food cold, and the dead socket made it hard to manage my online meeting. They can do better.

The room felt too small for what it cost, and the centrally placed shower left the whole bathroom wet for the rest of the day. Breakfast-shift staff didn’t seem concerned about service. The place itself was neat and the location was good during our five-night stay, but there’s plenty they could improve.

We were able to check in almost six hours early for an extra fee, which was really helpful. The stay at hotel Elysian Residency was comfortable, with clean, well-kept facilities, prompt housekeeping, and a good range of quality dining options. Staff were courteous and attentive, and management kept things running smoothly. Everything from arrival through checkout was handled professionally. It made for a memorable stay, and I’d recommend it for the comfort and service.
