Hotel Exotic

The room had everything working, including the AC and TV, and the washroom was good. It was neat and clean, too. Staff were polite and very helpful, and the food tasted good, as did the morning tea. A good place to visit with family or friends.

Hotel Exotic was peaceful but still conveniently close to local attractions, and I left feeling refreshed and grateful. I’m already thinking about coming back. The atmosphere balances luxury and calm nicely, and every team member went out of their way to make the stay easy, even anticipating things I hadn’t thought to ask for. My three days here exceeded expectations. The staff welcomed me warmly and professionally, while the room was spotless, nicely decorated, and had breathtaking views. The bed was very comfortable, with the linens and lighting chosen for a relaxing feel. Meals were another highlight: fresh, flavorful food with plenty of variety. Breakfast by the pool and candlelit dinner both felt special. Hotel Exotic is a great choice for comfort, elegance, and hospitality. Highly recommended.

Clean rooms, a nice hotel, and helpful staff all around. The manager was the best I’ve ever seen.

They charged us above the rate we had booked, which felt like a rip-off. There was no hot water, and the AC kept switching off. I told the receptionist, but nothing was done. The staff were unfriendly and unprofessional. They seemed unconcerned and brushed us off instead of helping. The whole stay was a disappointment, and I wouldn’t recommend it. Stay somewhere else.
