I arrived with a booking ID and confirmation email, but the hotel said there was no room for me and told me to leave, claiming they couldn't do anything. The reception staff were aggressive, arrogant, and shouted at me. The staff had no manners. This place felt like a scam, and I'd rather sleep on a footpath than book here.
