The food was really delicious, and the staff were friendly and very good. The hotel is close to all the important locations nearby. I felt delighted staying at hotel lake view. Wishing you all the best.

We booked for six hours and were charged fairly, around half the rate of a full day. The location is the big draw: near the railway station and good markets, in the city centre, and just outside Gate No. 3 of the iconic Kankaria Lake. We were due to leave at 8:00 PM but checked out at 6:00 PM to support the hotel’s margins. I hope they appreciate that gesture. The room was only average. Paint had peeled in spots, there were damp patches on the wall and a broken floor tile. The main door was so tight my mother couldn’t close it without force. At check-in, I heard a staff member mention a problem with our allotted room, but a senior dismissed it with, “they are hourly stay clients.” That attitude was disappointing. The bathroom had no exhaust fan, just a blocked exhaust window. The dustbin was partly broken, the bucket was cracked, and the plastic bucket, mug, dustbin, and stool all looked dirty, with a greyish layer. The hand towel hanger was corroded and seemed unhygienic. There were no cloth hangers either, and it looked like they hadn’t been replaced after breaking. The location is excellent, but the hotel needs to improve basic upkeep and hygiene if it wants guests to return.

For the low quality of the rooms, the charges are very high. We booked hourly online, but when we went 15 minutes over, the hotel staff asked for 500 extra. You can get a better room for less in Ahmedabad.

Very unhappy with this place. The room was bad. We booked at 3 and they knocked at 6. Don’t recommend going here.

The staff are decent and helpful. Please fix the leaking wash basin and install a jet shower in the toilet.
