The staff were polite and professional, and they made us feel welcome throughout the stay. Room service was quick, and the food was excellent. Our spacious room was spotless and nicely maintained, with really comfortable bedding. Housekeeping did a great job each day.
The rooms are small, but clean, and the staff are polite. Breakfast is available as a buffet with lots of options. My experience was good overall, and this is one place you could consider when staying in Gorakhpur.
A nice place to stay. The staff were good, and the environment was just fine. Everything was a good experience.
The reception staff are always talking, and you can hear them from the room, so it’s not possible to sleep. The water also gets only a little warm, not properly hot.
The rooms are neat and clean, and the staff are polite and very helpful.
