I spent three days at Hotel One Up, and the stay was easy and comfortable, whether for work or leisure. The rooms were decent and looked after, and everything went smoothly. It’s good value for the price, with a calm, clean and welcoming feel from the moment you walk in. I’d recommend Hotel One Up to people visiting Ahmedabad.

The meal felt like money wasted. I went for Iftari at Hotel One Up, and the food was disappointing: the taste was extremely poor and the quality well below what I expected. Iftari is a special part of Ramadan, but what we were served didn’t suit the occasion. Given the price, the food and its preparation should be much better. I hope management works on the food and the hotel’s overall standards.

For this price, I thought the hotel was the best. It has its own restaurant and was very neat and clean. The manager was polite and helpful, too. Gheekanta Metro Station is only about 500 meters away.

The location is the main plus, on the main road and close to the railway station. The rooms were far smaller than the pictures suggested, with no ventilation, so they felt humid and airless. In winter there was no hot water. Breakfast was also very limited, just one or two options, and didn’t taste good. I paid 1800 rs for one night, and it wasn’t worth it.

The food was really tasty and affordable, and the staff were so sweet. They spoke to us like we were their own sisters. My mumma and I felt safe both in the hotel and around it, which was a big thing for us. It’s very clean, and the location is prime. If you’re a tourist in ahmedabad, this is a great choice.
