This was one of the worst hotel stays I've ever had. We had a confirmed MakeMyTrip booking, but the staff told us to cancel because they'd already given the rooms to someone else. The staff member seemed intoxicated and left us outside the gate, which stayed shut despite us knocking and ringing the bell for nearly half an hour. The owner spoke with us once after we called, then turned off his phone and left us without help. It was a deeply disappointing and unprofessional experience.

The staff were really polite, and the owner bro was the best. I had a good experience at the hotel.

The room was in awful shape, with pan masala spit everywhere and broken toilet seats. The photos online are old, so I’d recommend staying away.
