Hotel Legacy feels more like a timer machine than a hotel. I checked out just 15 minutes late, not 15 hours, and got charged as if I’d stayed into next week. There was no flexibility or courtesy, just a money hungry attitude. If greed counted as hospitality, this place would be Hotel of the Year. Set five alarms before checkout. They seem to run on penalties, not customer service.

The management is very poor, and the hospitality and service were terrible, especially toward foreign guests. They didn’t even have the required guest documentation. I was disappointed by the rude behavior.

The room was dusty, and there were used clothes left behind. The toilet was dirty, and basic toiletries listed on the booking site were missing. When I raised these problems, the manager wasn’t helpful, wouldn’t cancel the booking, and refused to give me the owner’s contact number. A terrible stay at Legacy Hotel, and not somewhere I’d recommend.

The owner was very rude, and they wanted 600 rs for a checkout that was only 30 min late. Really bad hospitality and a very bad experience. If you’re considering staying here, I’d choose a guest house instead.

The service was disappointing too: staff were slow to respond, and room service wasn’t handled efficiently. The place also didn’t live up to what the photos and listing promised. During my stay at Hotel Legacy near Ahmedabad Airport, I found the room and bathroom poorly maintained, with hygiene standards below what I expected. Hot water, air conditioning, and fixtures were either not working or badly maintained. In my view, they need to make major improvements to maintenance, cleanliness, and guest service to offer a reliable stay.
