There were mosquitoes all over the room, and it didn't feel clean at all. For 1200/-, I expected basic toiletries, but they weren't provided properly, and the AC and TV remotes were missing. The guy kept asking me for a tip for no reason, and they gave us tap water to drink. Worst experience ever. I'd give zero stars if I could.

The receptionist wouldn't give us a room because we'd paid online, and said they were refusing all customers who had paid their tariff that way. The staff member was very rude. Probably my worst experience with oyo, it was really pathetic.

The location beside a multi-specialty hospital was useful, especially if there were a medical emergency. There were plenty of food options, from local street food to good restaurants, within 300 meters to 5 km. We weren't allowed to bring outside food in, though. Communication with staff may be irritating if you don't know Gujarati or Hindi. Even though I'd booked online for 3 days, the receptionist kept asking me when I was checking out, which got annoying.
