The rooms are good, the location is good, and the service is the best.

I paid for food and didn't get it. They also charged more than the amount I booked for, and the rooms were dirty, including the AC rooms. Such a waste of money. I'm very dissatisfied, this was absolutely pathetic and not acceptable at all 🥵🥵🥵. Avoid it under any circumstances.

We paid in advance, but if you can't find the hotel or feel you've been cheated, there seems to be no way to get your money back. My driver and I spent the whole night searching, even using Google Maps. The map showed a location, but there was no hotel there, and no contact details for any person or office. It felt like a trap to take our money. I lost what I'd paid and ended up sleeping on a chair at sardar vallbaipatel air port. Be careful with online bookings like this, and look for established hotels with contact numbers and a 24 hour front desk.

The rooms are decent and nice, and the price is affordable and negotiable. Service was below average, though. They have issues with OYO and the online and offline prices differ, so I'd suggest booking in person instead of through OYO.
