Hotel Shivashish

The receptionist was unprofessional and useless, speaking rudely and disrespectfully. It felt like all they cared about was taking your money. The rooms were dirty and poorly maintained. The whole place was filthy and disgusting, more like a shady lodge for short stays than a hotel. A terrible experience. Don’t stay here.

The rooms were clean, well kept, and quiet, just what I needed after a long day of travel. Staff were polite, quick to respond, and prompt with requests. What made the difference was manager Sohan Singh, who personally got involved and was always willing to do extra to keep guests comfortable. Hotel Shivashish feels like it’s run with care, not just as a business. If you value calm surroundings, cleanliness, and sincere service, it’s a solid place to stay. I’d happily recommend it and come back.

Once inside, the facilities are good, but the outside of the building is badly damaged and dilapidated. It looks like it could fall at any moment. The breakfast choices also need to improve.

Every part of the visit, from check-in through check-out, was handled with care. The food was better than I expected, the rooms were spotless and beautifully kept, and the staff were attentive and very courteous. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend it to anyone after a comfortable, luxurious experience.
