This was the worst experience, and I wouldn’t recommend it. The room was awful, and in that cold region we weren’t given hot water even to drink or to bathe. There was vomit outside our window and stains on the bedsheet; even the jug and glass weren’t clean. The bathroom sink was broken, with a bucket placed underneath, and the TV didn’t work.

The staff were very friendly, and the resort is calm, surrounded by beautiful nature. The room was super clean and lovely. We’re very satisfied with the room and the lumino skypark.

The rooms are neat and clean, and housekeeping and staff are very friendly. I’d recommend it for families and student groups. The DJ was an amazing experience too.

Nice stay, I’m happy and will visit again next time. Luminous has good service, and the mander staff are very good.

The service was fabulous, and the place had a nice feel to it. The room was decent for the price and close to the lake, so it felt like good value.
