Restaurants are just nearby, and the airport is only about 15 minutes away at most. The place has a quaint feel and is a real bargain. The landlord was extremely friendly and lovely to chat with.

I only needed somewhere to rest for a few hours between my 6pm flight landing and 11pm train. For the price, this worked perfectly. It’s just a few minutes from the railway station, and owner Arunav was helpful and made my brief stay pleasant.

The bathroom is separate from the room, but it was clean, and I felt safe there. 113 is close to the railway station and international airport, and it’s a good base for exploring bhubaneshwar and nearby places, especially for a longer stay on a budget. It was a great visit, and I’d come back. The landlord Arunav was friendly and very helpful, and the place is affordable.
