Hotel Swell by Sky Stays

I went to ahemdabad for urgent work and booked through booking.com, but when I arrived the receptionist refused to give me a room. He claimed no booking had come through and told me to do whatever I wanted because he still wouldn't provide one. I also watched him turn away two other customers. Don't book here, the service and rooms are terrible. 😡

Even OYO couldn't help sort this out. I booked a room through OYO, arrived to check in, and the staff refused to accommodate me, saying no rooms were available despite my reservation. It left me feeling frustrated and helpless. Their lack of cooperation and communication was unacceptable, and it seemed like guests' needs weren't a priority. I'd look elsewhere for a better stay. Based on this experience, I'd give the hotel 1 star.

The rooms and bathrooms were cramped, and the hotel looked completely different from the photos and reviews on the Oyo app. I booked based on those, and this was my first Oyo booking and the first day of my trip in Gujarat. I'm very disappointed and need a refund, plus a good hotel for the next day. I can't understand how this place got a 4.1 rating.

I booked a room for 23rd nov, but it wasn't properly cleaned and was very small. There was no cupboard for clothes, the flush didn't work properly, and they had no extra towel. I asked to switch rooms, but they said they didn't have another one.
