Good value for money, with the hotel on the main road and ample parking. The staff were excellent.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, the hotel was well maintained, and the location was convenient. Service needs a lot of improvement, though. Staff were slow to respond and didn't handle requests efficiently. The night staff also came across as rude and unprofessional. Better service and staff behavior would improve the guest experience.

During my business trip in September 2025, I had to switch rooms five times before I got one that was just manageable for an overnight stay. I'd stayed at this hotel several times before, but this visit was extremely disappointing because the rooms were in very poor condition. The service was inefficient and they clearly didn't have enough staff, yet the charges were excessive. I paid ₹2,300 for a room, or ₹2,800 on Goibibo. Honestly, even a ₹500 OYO room would've been better value. I had booked breakfast with the room, but it was brought to the room uncovered, carried openly from the restaurant. That felt unhygienic and unprofessional for a hotel charging this much. A very bad stay, not recommended. Better hotel options have opened nearby, and I'd choose one of those.

I was charged for a papad that never arrived. I ordered it at the start of my meal at the restaurant at Hotel Unity, but nobody noticed it was missing, even after I'd finished the main course. Then it appeared on my final bill. The inattentive service left a very negative impression. This lack of attention to orders and billing is unacceptable. The restaurant needs to improve staff training and internal communication.
