The room photos on the OYO website showed a different layout from the actual room, and the rooms were in very poor condition. At the reception, we had to pay the full difference in price to get the keys, despite OYO Customer Care promoting instant online payment for discounts. These rooms and misleading commitments were no use to our family. I personally ask the Oyo team to review its hospitality management and improve its Google rating.

No hot water, and cockroaches were all over the room and washroom. I asked several times for the washroom to be cleaned, but nobody came. Even after I showed staff the cockroaches floating in the toilet, they didn't seem to care. In the morning, nobody answered the many bells I rang; when I complained, they said nobody gets up that early. The place was filthy and the staff were deeply unprofessional. I'd never recommend it.

The rooms are cramped, and the staff don't cooperate. They don't know how to speak to customers and don't seem trained to value them. I wouldn't suggest staying here to anyone, even if it were free.

The manager was very rude, and I wasn't allowed to check in. They said they don't accept online bookings, so don't book a room here through Oyo or Goibibo. Zero stars if I could.

After I booked through make my trip, the hotel refused to give me a room. I had to wait 2hours to rebook somewhere else. They could have called to let me know there was a problem. Pathetic service. Please don't book here.
