OYO 5835 Jaunt Safari

The room smelled foul, the walls were broken, and the AC didn't work. The sheets were stained and hadn't been changed. Staff were unresponsive and rude. At check-in, the guy had toothpaste in his mouth and told us to use any room's bathroom because the one provided was like a public toilet. Security and location both get zero from me. Don't go here, I hope this helps someone.

The rooms always smelled, there was no cleanliness, and the washroom hadn't been cleaned either. I felt very nervous visiting, and I'll never book an Oyo room anywhere in my life. The facilities were third class. Please don't stay here with your family.

There was visible seepage in the room, and no fresh linen. The geyser didn't work, there was no sanitization, and the basement was filthy. The hotel is on the second floor, but the lift only goes between the basement and upper floors, with no lift from the ground floor. There was no standby power either. I don't know if OYO has lowered its standards, but this hotel wasn't as advertised. Does it need any more explanation for one star? OYO is sleeping.

The room and facilities were nice, but check on the food before paying. I paid for it, then found out on arrival that their kitchen had been out of service for 2-3 days. They said the money wouldn't be refunded right away and would take 7-14 working days to come back. Ask about all this before booking.
