OYO Flagship 321 Vastrapur Ahmedabad

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and getting around from here is easy. The metro station is right in front, so access should get even better. Cleanliness was the problem. My room smelled for all four days because a previous guest had left uneaten food open in the closed, air-conditioned room. Staff tried air fresheners, but they didn’t help. The windows couldn’t be opened because they were covered in pigeon droppings and dirt.

For a budget stay, it’s fine overall, and the location is good. Room service can be slow, the towels weren’t properly clean, and the hotel food menu is very expensive. There also isn’t proper car parking because metro work is happening on the main road.

I’d been here three times before, but yesterday was the worst. We ordered food an hour ahead and were told it was being cooked. Only after that hour did they say they had no LPG and hadn’t cooked it, so we had to order from Zomato. They should keep enough LPG in stock and tell guests sooner. What kind of OYO flagship hotel is this?

The rooms are a good size, and the hotel is on the main road under the name Flagship Royal Inn. Room service is very poor, though, and the amenities aren’t maintained properly. Some rooms have ACs that don’t work, while others have a local phone or geyser that’s out of order. The food doesn’t taste very good either.
