The one positive was the friday staff member who helped us. We'd booked three rooms on OYO, but when I called the hotel for directions they said they had no contract with OYO, so I cancelled and took rooms at a higher price than OYO had offered. The washroom and bed were dirty, there was no soap, and the second room had no TV connection.

We reached the lodge around 2am in the rain after booking three rooms through make my trip, and the owner asked for an extra 4k, saying the contract with makemytrip had ended. After a long argument, he accepted the makemytrip price with the extra money. It felt like a fraud. In the end, makemytrip refunded an extra 1600.

For a cheap place in ernakulam edapalli, it's okay for a day or two, though it's a bit far from the main city. They seem to close around 11 pm. Enjoy your stay, and as I always say, be safe and enjoy responsibly 😉.

They refused to check me in and wanted more money than I had paid through the Oyo app. They said they weren't taking any more Oyo bookings and planned to end their tie-up with Oyo. I wouldn't recommend booking online here. Call the hotel before making a reservation.
