Platinum Residency

The rooms were large, the bathrooms clean, the breakfast spread excellent, and the location was nice. We’d booked for two nights for a family wedding, but the reception staff across all shifts left a bad impression. On the first night, they hassled us about a balance payment even though we’d paid in full in advance. The next night, when we asked for another towel because the one in the room was damp, they reminded us to check out promptly at 9am. On checkout morning, reception even stationed a housekeeping worker outside our door to hurry us out. I’d stay somewhere else if asked.

The rooms are spacious, but the staff were rude and unprofessional. They may call you at 11PM asking for payment even when it’s already been paid in advance. Checkout is at 9AM, which is unheard of in global hospitality.

A nice place for a wedding function. The rooms are clean, the service is good, and the staff are very cooperative.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here. On the first night, reception called guests at 11:45 pm about payment for a booking that had already been paid, without checking their accounts. The following night, we were reminded about checkout again, and at 9 am a room service staff member knocked to check us out. There may be other positives, but the hospitality was horrible.
