At Regenta place, Sujit Singh and Kiran made my stay comfortable with their courteous, prompt help. They handled my requests efficiently and were clearly committed to guest satisfaction. I appreciated their professionalism and the hospitality they showed.

The only snag for me was parking, which was a bit difficult if you’re driving. Otherwise, I had a wonderful stay at the Regenta Central Antarim in Ahmedabad. The room was very clean, especially the spotless, odor-free bathroom, and the staff were polite, professional, and genuinely helpful. The food met my expectations too.

The breakfast selection was varied, and my room was comfortable, clean, and well kept. I was greeted with a warm smile at reception and the welcome drink was a refreshing touch. For the price, the service was excellent, and I enjoyed my stay.

Check-in was smooth, and the staff were kind and helpful. The room was good, but cleaning was patchy: I found cigarettes left by a previous guest in the bathroom, and the water bottles had been filled with tap water. Still, I had a good experience overall 😌

The food was bad enough to give me diarrhea, and the place felt extremely dirty and dim. They also didn't provide the electric kettle or minibar that had been promised with the room. Mr Arup at check-in was rude and arrogant. I stayed at Regenta Udaipur and it was brilliant, but this hotel needs a total makeover. It isn't even close to an average Paharganj hotel, let alone a 4-star one. I hope they can turn it around.
