The restaurant manager, Mr. Vijay, and the whole restaurant team were kind and especially welcoming toward my baby. I’m grateful for their care, and Mr. Vijay’s attentiveness deserves 5 stars. The reception staff were courteous and helpful too. I’d give both teams 5 stars for their service. Room cleanliness and hygiene need attention, though. The toilets and general room condition need improvement, and the air-conditioning needs better maintenance. My room’s AC smelled very unpleasant throughout my 8-night stay, which had a big effect on my experience. I’d rate the hotel 1 star for room cleanliness and maintenance.

Hotel Silver Cloud’s banquet service helped make the 10th Genius Indian Achiever's Award 2026 a grand success. The hall had an elegant feel, good seating arrangements, and modern facilities suited to the award ceremony. Staff were courteous, cooperative, and attentive, and the event was handled smoothly and professionally. Guests praised the food for its taste and presentation, as well as the hospitality and service. The spacious banquet facilities, venue on the Sabarmati Riverfront, and experienced event team all added value. Silver Cloud is recognized for large banquet capacities and award-winning hospitality services. Our sincere thanks to MR. I was unsure about booking after seeing ratings close to 7.9 everywhere, but I went ahead and stayed for 2 days with my wife. We got an early checkin at 9 am, and the staff were very kind and supportive. The service and morning breakfast were brilliant, and the restaurant had lots of good food options. Our room was clean and cozy, and it made for a wholesome experience. Gandi ashram, modi stadium, markets, riverfront, railway station, and airport were all close by.

I’d give this place 3 stars. The breakfast and dinner buffets don’t have a huge selection, though there’s enough to fill you up. The lobby is small, but that wasn’t an issue. What stood out was the staff: the restaurant manager was courteous, reception was friendly, and they quickly moved me to a better room after I raised a complaint. It’s also handy for visiting Sabarmati Ashram and the Riverfront, especially if you want to go out in the evening after a work trip. There’s parking in front of the property too.
