Breakfast was the worst part. You get just one dosa, poori, or idli-vada, which isn't enough, and it comes as a parcel from outside. I'm not sure where they buy it. There's no parking, the rooms were unclean, and you have to ask for water and toiletries because they don't set the room up with amenities. Overall, the worst place to stay.

I arrived early in the morning on 23 May. The room boy initially refused, but a room was assigned later. They were flexible about my check-in and check-out times, which I appreciated.

The room and linens were dirty and smelled bad, and the place seemed poorly maintained. The bathroom was awful, with dirty taps and other fixtures that barely worked. They charge 1800, but to me the room wasn't worth even 500.

There was no service, and a lot of what they promise isn't true. The WiFi didn't work, and complaints went nowhere. The receptionist acted like he was doing something, but nothing changed. There was no food available at the hotel, so they tried to get it from outside. The beds had bed bugs and were very dirty. The location was bad too, with no nearby restaurants or shops to get food.

The rooms smelled bad and weren't hygienic, and the taps leaked. The AC didn't cool, daily cleaning wasn't done, and breakfast was late. The service was terrible. They'd be better off closing this hotel.
