The location was good, and the staff were helpful. My room, bathroom, and linen were clean too. The problem was the window AC. It wasn't working properly, and although I was told someone would fix it, nobody came. I was there for three days in May during peak heat. They should put split ACs in all the remaining rooms. Apart from that, everything was good.

I wouldn't go back to Hotel Skylon. The internet never worked during my entire stay, even though WiFi had been promised, and the staff were dismissive and unhelpful. Basic requests were ignored or answered with excuses. I couldn't even get a face towel when I asked for one. Mr. Mukund kept making claims about amenities and services, including WiFi, that I felt were dishonest. The owner, Mr. Arpit, also made promises I believe were false to get customers to book. They insisted on advance rent payment, which felt like a warning sign from the beginning. This was an extremely disappointing stay. I strongly advise others to avoid Hotel Skylon. There are better places where you can be treated honestly and with respect. Save yourself the frustration and money. Not recommended.

The rooms were cleaned very well, and the staff were so polite. The hotel itself is clean, with good hygiene and a pleasant environment. It's a comfortable place to stay, and a must visit.

The reception staff didn't seem to know anything. Basic facilities weren't available, including a first aid kit, and the whole place felt like it was slipping into disrepair.
