Super Inn Armoise Hotel

The room setup is cozy, the staff are helpful, and breakfast was good. I got a cheap rate, so the stay was okay, but the hotel needs maintenance. I don’t know about the rooms on the other side, but those facing the metro line didn’t seem well maintained. Over time it felt like cleanliness had slipped below what I’d expect for this location. If they fix the maintenance, I think it could be a good hotel.

The room was spacious, with a very comfortable bed and cushions that smelled fresh. The AC was superb. There’s a wheelchair accessible entrance, a lift for the upper floor rooms, an in-house restaurant, and nice seating at reception. We arrived at 11.45 at night and the place was still lively. The neighborhood felt quiet and safe. It’s about 15 minutes by rickshaw from kalapur railway station, while the metro is less than a minute’s walk away. Breakfast was pretty good, Indian style, and the staff were soft spoken and provided good service.

The bathroom had cockroaches, and the service was awful. There was no proper compensation or understanding when an issue came up at checkout. The front desk had checked us in to two rooms for two people each, as our MakeMyTrip voucher stated. But when we were leaving, the staff member said we had to pay extra for two people because the voucher listed one adult per person. He blamed me for the mistake. I asked why I should pay when his employee had checked us in that way, and why they hadn’t raised it at check-in so we could work something out.

Restaurant manager Mr Prajapati was very cordial and took great care of our group of 12 senior citizens during our three-day stay. He arranged all the items we asked for, especially the jain breakfast and dinner on fasting days. It was a very convenient and comfortable stay. Keep it up. ☺️👍
