The Royal Square - Sky Stays (Chandkheda)

The location wasn’t great, and there are better hotels for less money. I wouldn’t recommend this one. The rooms were okay in size, but not clean: the bedsheet and blanket had lots of dirty spots when we arrived, so we had to ask for fresh ones. The curtains were dirty too, and the bathroom smelled sticky. Service was very slow. I paid an extra 400 for “breakfast included,” but there was no buffet. It was room service, just 1 parthe or poha, and we had to ask repeatedly. The staff kept wanting tips for basic things.

The entrance is confusing and a bit dirty, but the staff are good and the service is fine. If you get a spacious room, it’s quite nice. Some rooms are small and cramped, though. It’s an economical, casual sort of place for a couple of nights, including work stays, so don’t expect too much. If you can get a room for less than 2000₹ for 2 persons per night with breakfast, or at ₹2000, it seems fair. Take off another 500₹ if you don’t want breakfast. Breakfast comes through room service. With the right deal, it’s fine.

I spent 5 days here. The staff were very nice and the hotel was clean and hygienic. I’d give it 6 out of 5.

One of the best hotels in Chandkheda. The staff are cooperative, and Mr. Surendra is especially helpful.
