It's easy to get to the beach, local train station and stadium from here. The rooms are decent for a short stay, though they're not very spacious and there's no proper ventilation. Food is quite overpriced. Manageable for a day or two.

One star is all Google lets me give, though I'd give half a star. This hotel was a nightmare. We were told breakfast came with the booking, then at the buffet they said it would cost 210/- per person. We were shocked and ended up ordering breakfast from zomato every day. Cockroaches were running around the rooms, and rats in the ducts made a lot of noise at night. The toilet flush kept clogging, so you'd have to use it after someone else had been there without flushing. Absolutely disgusting. I hated staying here. Please don't spend your time or money on this place.

The location is the big plus, just a 10 minute walk from Marina beach. Breakfast was nice, and the staff were helpful and very polite. A decent, good value hotel for a stay.

The food was average in taste and low-priced, but the portion was frustrating. Our Golden Fry Chicken cost 200INR and turned out to be bits and pieces when we opened the pack. We stayed with family, 2 Adult, for a weekend, and paid 2800 for the room. It was very small, with a small 5*6 bed. Basic things were missing, including a toilet Towel, Tissue, AC remote and Hot water. The AC didn't cool properly. I'd give it 2 stars, it didn't meet expectations.
