The room I was given was dirty and unhygienic, nowhere near what the hotel advertised. I couldn't stay overnight in those conditions, so I checked out immediately. I paid for a service I didn't receive, and the whole experience left me frustrated and seriously inconvenienced.

I had no choice but to book at the last minute, and it turned into the worst experience of my life. The room wasn't maintained, with fungus and dust on the walls and in the corners. It was so unhygienic that I checked out after two hours. The photos are deceptive, so don't trust them. A waste of time and money. The new air conditioner gets five stars, but the property and room get zero.

I'd give it zero if that were an option. FabHotels support was nonsense and poor. The front desk person said FabHotels is just an app or booking partner, and that this is their service apartment. The online price didn't match what the hotel charged, with no transparency about the difference. The room was poor, and the shared kitchen and hall weren't very clean. It smelled bad and didn't feel suitable for families. More like a party room.

We felt at home here, not like we were staying in a hotel. The location is good, the room facilities are good, and the apartment is very convenient to use. The staff were excellent, super helpful, and the service was excellent too.
