Super Townhouse Koyambedu Royal Plaza

The price was high for what we got, and the staff weren’t hospitable. My family and I found the room dusty, smelly, and full of cockroaches. The AC barely cooled, and the bathroom was in bad shape, with dirty blankets and towels. The amenities were far below what you’d expect at that price. I’d tell others to avoid this hotel.

Even with a booking made in advance, we were left waiting a long time to check in. The room was missing basic amenities, and each request took at least 30 minutes to deal with. The floors weren’t properly clean, and the restroom was in poor condition. The service was just as disappointing. If you want peace of mind, I’d avoid this place.

High prices for awful rooms and no service. If a zero-star rating ever becomes an option, this hotel should be first in line for it. Just a waste.

The hotel was being renovated, and they hadn’t bothered to tell guests beforehand. Cockroaches were everywhere, scurrying across the floor, in the bathroom, by the bed, and even on the desk. The stay was a disaster from beginning to end. Avoid it.
