D-qube Hotels by OYO Rooms

We got a bad room for 2K, though I can’t say whether the other rooms are better. The bathroom wasn’t good, and there was no soap, toothpaste, or drinking water. The bedsheet didn’t feel fresh, and the room had a negative feel. Maybe bachelor guys could manage, but I wouldn’t recommend it for families.

I barely slept because the walls seemed paper thin. I could hear conversations, footsteps, and even people snoring in neighboring rooms. The Wi-Fi was so slow I couldn’t get any work done, and the so-called complimentary breakfast was stale pastries with watery coffee. For the price, I’ve had far better stays at budget motels for much less. This place felt like a rip-off. The bathroom was awful, with mold in every corner and a shower that looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned since the hotel opened. I wouldn’t use it without my shoes on. The room itself was filthy, with stained walls, dirty carpets, and a musty smell that made it hard to breathe. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. The staff were rude and unhelpful. Even asking a question seemed to bother them, and there was no real customer service. I felt mistreated throughout the stay.

We booked three rooms for two days. At first glance, they seemed okay, but the sheets and pillow covers weren’t changed. I have no idea how long those sheets had already been in use or whose dirt we had for those two days. Drinking water wasn’t provided, only arranged for an extra charge. The number listed on Google took booking calls. Before we arrived, he promised an iron, but after check-in he stopped answering, and the staff said they didn’t have one. There was just a 6w LED light in the room, too dim to read by. Staff said brighter lighting would affect the AC cooling. The AC remote had a dead battery, but luckily the TV remote battery worked in it. There was a wardrobe and sofa, but they were dusty, so you’d need to clean them yourself before using. When we asked to extend for one more day for just one room to keep our bags, they wanted us to pay for all three rooms.

We booked a room for September 16th and 17th under the name Banupriya and paid an advance as required. When my friend’s relatives tried to check in, they were kept waiting and then denied the room. We asked for the advance back, but staff argued and falsely said we had never shown up. We got nothing back. The facilities and management were awful, and I’d tell people to avoid the place, especially for an important occasion. We’re not making any groups here. If someone says your hotel gave bad service, just accept it and make sure it doesn’t happen to other customers. Don’t come into the review section to justify what you did. We’re grown up, and I don’t need life advice here.
