We picked this hotel because it was close to the hospital, and had told the property in advance about our situation. After a medical procedure, we meant to stay two nights before flying out. Instead, this was the worst hotel experience of my life. Small rooms would've been manageable, but the room was poorly kept and had several cockroaches and mosquitoes. Coming straight from the hospital, that level of hygiene felt unacceptable, with a serious risk of infection. The place also felt shady, and when we needed help there was no proper service or basic responsiveness. Luckily, my sister lives nearby, so we spent most of our time at her place instead of in the room. It was deeply unpleasant and felt unsafe.

The hotel's glowing online ratings don't match what we experienced. The place was filthy, with cockroaches crawling around, and it smelled strongly of urine throughout. I told them in advance I was traveling with a sick patient, but they showed no care and offered no help. My mother had to walk back and forth without assistance despite our explaining the situation. The lack of empathy and professionalism was shocking. It was also hard to raise concerns because the reservation agent wasn't fluent in English. This was one of the worst hotel stays I've had. I strongly warn families, especially anyone traveling with an elderly or sick person, to stay away. It's dirty, poorly managed, and not worth the risk.

There was no hot water during our stay, and the bathroom was in awful shape, with mould throughout. The room wasn't clean, smelled unpleasant when we arrived, and mosquitoes made it uncomfortable. Basic amenities weren't provided as expected. A very disappointing stay that didn't meet even basic hygiene or comfort standards.

I paid in full and booked ahead, but when I arrived the reception staff rudely said there were no rooms and claimed they knew nothing about my booking. No apology, solution, or accountability. It was one of the worst hospitality experiences I've had, completely unprofessional and irresponsible. Don't rely on the booking confirmation unless you're prepared for a last-minute surprise.
