Sanjay Guest House by OYO Rooms

For what you pay, the service is understandable, but the cleanliness is the first thing that stands out. The bathroom seems like it hasn't been cleaned in ages, the basin knob is broken, and there's no flush. The rooms and bedsheets are very untidy.

I booked through OYO, but the rooms weren't clean. At checkout they asked for my mobile, saying they needed to check the booking ID. After I handed it over, they simply gave themselves a five-star rating. This place isn't even worth two stars.

For the price, most things were good. I found it pretty disgusting that the toilet seats don't have jets, though. One nice thing is there's no set time to come in, so you can go for a walk at 3am or whenever you like. Wandering the streets here at night is really fun.

I booked online for three days, but when I arrived they said the motor wasn't working, so there was no water and I couldn't check in. That was a terrible welcome. Thanks to goibibo, I got another nearby hotel within an hour. Otherwise I would've been in real trouble that day and missed my work.
